This Privacy Policy describes how Corridor Real Estate Services ("Corridor", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our sign management platform.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and brokerage.
Order information: property addresses, sign type, rider, lockbox preference, notes, and any photos taken at installation.
Payment information: billing details are tokenized and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage information: basic device and log data to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
To provide the service (scheduling, dispatch, installation, billing), to communicate with you about your orders, to maintain account security, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google Maps (geocoding and mapping), and our cloud infrastructure provider. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Install photos may be kept for warranty and dispute resolution purposes.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. Sensitive operations such as photo storage use signed, time-limited URLs.
6. Your choices
You can update or correct your account details from the Settings page, cancel pending orders from your dashboard, or request account deletion by emailing us. Note that completed orders retained for billing/legal reasons may not be fully erasable.
7. Children
The service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
