How fast can you install a sign?+
As fast as same day when we have availability — otherwise the next business day. Rush requests are accommodated whenever we can.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
No. Pay-per-service, cancel anytime, no monthly minimum. Storage is an optional $25/month if you'd like us to hold your signs between listings.
How does billing work?+
One invoice on the 1st of the month for the previous month's work, due by the 15th. Autopay is optional; 1.5%/month interest applies after the due date.
Do you charge mileage?+
Free within 5 km of Red Deer, then $0.72/km beyond that.
What if my listing is outside your listed towns?+
Reach out — we regularly service the wider Central Alberta corridor and can usually make it work.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Sign installations are free to cancel any time before the sign goes in the ground. Other bookings are charged 50% of the order — unless you cancel the same day you requested it. Mileage is never charged on a cancelled booking.
