These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corridor Real Estate Services ("Corridor", "we", "us") platform, including ordering, tracking, and billing for sign installation, removal, courier, and Licensed Realtor Coverage in Central Alberta.
1. Account & eligibility
Accounts are intended for licensed real estate agents and brokerages. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property addresses and contact details you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials.
2. Services & scheduling
We provide best-effort scheduling for installations, removals, courier requests, and Licensed Realtor Coverage appointments. Weather, access issues, and scheduling capacity may affect timing. We will notify you of material delays.
3. Pricing & payment
Current pricing is shown on our homepage and in your dashboard. Invoices are generated upon completion of work and are payable through the saved payment method on file (Autopay) or by the due date shown on the invoice. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled from your dashboard. The following policy applies:
- Sign installations can be cancelled at no charge any time before the sign has been installed.
- All other bookings (open house, courier, licensed realtor coverage) are charged 50% of the order total if cancelled.
- No cancellation fee applies when the booking is cancelled on the same day it was requested.
- Mileage is never charged on a cancelled booking.
Cancellation fees, where applicable, appear on your next monthly invoice. Contact us if you believe a fee was applied in error.
5. Property access & damages
You confirm you have authorization to place a sign at the requested location. Corridor is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or buried lines that were not marked prior to installation. Promptly report any concerns through your dashboard.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to compromise security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice prior to taking effect.
